Wye Valley Green Laning

Wye Valley Green Laning specialises in bespoke guided tours of the beautiful Wye Valley and Brecon Beacons using the network of interesting legal green lanes that intersect the area. There is a wealth of history and wildlife in the area – but we can’t promise you will see the now infamous wild boar! With many years of off-road experience, the guides will show you the Wye Valley from a different perspective using your own 4x4 vehicle.

We can cater for all vehicle types and specifications and you decide how challenging, or relaxing, you want your tour to be. Individual or group bookings are welcome and you can be assured that your route and group will be tailored to you. We will work with you to determine possible dates for your tour and will do our best to fit in with your needs.

Many of the tracks we use are accessible to all kinds of vehicles and all have excellent views of one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. We offer a variety of lanes, from tracks suitable for a vehicle fresh from the showroom to challenging tracks for the more experienced off-roader.

Routes are chosen to take account of the vehicles, the weather conditions and water levels. As well as green laning we can organise an off road driving experience on a private off roading site in the area. The choice is yours.We have a tread lightly policy and fully endorse the GLASS (Green Lane Association) code of conduct. If there are particular places or sites you want to visit we can normally fit them on as long as we know.

Families are very welcome and if we know your children are coming we can make sure the route and places we visit are suitable for them. There will be stops at facilities on route and we will do our best to ensure your needs are met.
